The UniCoat 2500 CCS is our small to midsize treating and coating solution. This system was originally developed to process 50 pounds of corn seed per batch and is a very versatile seed treating and coating platform. The UniCoat 2500 CCS, with its small footprint and easy access for cleaning, is widely used by midsized vegetable companies in seed treatment, seed encrusting and seed coating applications.

  • Treating rate of 50-80 lbs of seed per minute
  • 1:1 coating batches of 20-30 lbs of seed per minute
  • 25″ treating and coating chamber with spun steel machined rotor
  • Rotor driven by 5 HP belt drive platform, soft- start module
  • Atomizer driven by 1/8 HP motor
  • Top cover contains two large access doors for ease of cleaning
  • Units are configured with two Masterflex L/S and I/P peristaltic pumps
