The UniCoat 3150 CCS is our midsize treating and coating solution. With its small footprint and easy access for cleaning, the UniCoat 3150 CCS is a very versatile seed treating and coating solution for midsize to larger production-based vegetable and agronomic seed crop applications.

  • Treating rate of 80-125 lbs of seed per minute
  • 1:1 coating batches of 50-80 lbs of seed per minute
  • 31.5″ treating and coating chamber with spun steel machined rotor
  • Rotor driven by 10 HP belt drive platform, soft- start module
  • Atomizer driven by 1/8 HP motor
  • Top cover contains two large access doors for ease of cleaning
  • Units are configured with two Masterflex L/S and I/P peristaltic pumps
