The UniCoat 4800 CCS is our largest production treating and coating solution. It is a very versatile, high-output seed treating and coating platform. It offers a small footprint, high output, and easy access for cleaning. The UniCoat 4800 CCS is a versatile treating and coating solution for larger production-based vegetable and agronomic seed crop applications.

  • Treating rate of 500-1,000 lbs of seed per minute
  • 1:1 coating batches of 150-200 lbs of seed per minute
  • 48″ treating and coating chamber with spun steel machined rotor
  • Rotor driven by 25 HP belt drive platform, soft-start module
  • Atomizer driven by 1/8 HP motor
  • Top cover contains two large access doors for ease of cleaning
  • Units are configured with two Masterflex L/S and I/P peristaltic pumps
